Gurls Talk 2025 Visit to Francis Holland Girls School in London

We visited Francis Holland Girls School in London to talk about mental health, resilience, vulnerability, and kindness.

Adwoa got real with the girls about her mental health journey, encouraging them to open up to each other in workshops. We taught girls how to use healthy coping habits and leverage creativity to connect to their emotions. We shared resources including Coping Cards available on our website.
