Gurls Talk programs provide young women and girls with education, skills, and a supportive space to promote their wellbeing and serve as mental health advocates in their communities and beyond.
Ambassador program
The Gurls Talk Ambassador Program gathers a year-long cohort of brilliant young leaders aged 18-24 for open conversations, workshops, action projects, peer support, mentorship, and an in-person convening. The program equips advocates with mental health education, skills, and support, empowering them with the confidence needed to become agents of change in their communities.

Parent Education and Research
Parents play a vital role in girls’ mental health, yet many feel unprepared. In partnership with Dr. Cindy Huang at the University of Oregon, we are studying the needs of parents and daughters to create practical resources that reduce stress, build confidence, and strengthen family support. Our workshops provide parents with actionable strategies and insights to help them navigate adolescence with understanding and care.
